Need to Knows

  • Hidden Pond does not have parking available unless you are a guest of the hotel, so we ask that you please do not drive to the venue. We are providing transportation to and from Hidden Pond between 3:40-4:00pm on October 7. Check out Wedding Day Transportation here for transportation details for your accommodation.

The shuttles will be returning to Kennebunkport following the reception, dropping off at Pilot House for those who would like to join us for a few more drinks. We will also be providing transportation back to your pick-up spots throughout the remainder of the evening.

  • For Friday night’s festivities, our dress code is casual - think “jeans and a cute top” or whatever you would wear to a Friday dinner out in New York City.

Our dress code for wedding day is festive, cocktail attire - suits and ties for men and short or midi cocktail dresses for women. As a heads up, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Maine can be chilly in October, so you may want to bring along a layer just in case. Dinner, dancing, and the after party will be indoors.

  • For hair and makeup, we recommend Village Day Spa, which is walking distance from Dock Square, and Beauty Bar (formerly Uptown Curl - the sign outside still says that) and River’s Edge, both of which are a short drive. For nails, French Nails and Best Nails - also a short drive - are good options.

  • Due to space constraints, the only guests we’ve accounted for are those we've indicated on your invitation - e.g. your partner’s name or “and Guest." If you don’t see that on your invitation, please come solo.

  • Our wedding is adults only. That said, if you're in need of babysitting services at any point during the weekend, we can provide you with the name of a licensed babysitting agency.

  • Stop by the Rosenthals’ on Sunday morning to say goodbye and pick up a coffee and a box of breakfast treats for your trip home.

  • A 50-foot bridge.

  • Unfortunately, no. Their RSVP must have gotten lost in the mail.
